Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel with great views and fantastic food choices. Two new year's shows were provided, which were impressive and enjoyable. The hotel was situated in an area with easy access to nearby cities, and the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel also had a lovely spa with many amenities to relax and recharge with.
The hotel cleaning team was below average, as the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the towels were not changed regularly. Some staff members had poor language skills, which made communication difficult.

The only minor issue that I encountered was the minor language barrier with the staff in some cases. Although they did everything they could to help me.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the Christmas decorations created a cozy atmosphere. The pool and spa were the best aspects of the hotel, providing a relaxing stay for us. the location was perfect for us, offering beautiful views of the surrounding nature.
